Creating the guide to unified commerce for leading payment provider Adyen

As one of the world's leading payment technology companies, Adyen offers a powerful ecosystem of products and services that connect every stage of commerce. The challenge was helping customers understand how these solutions work together in practice.

Momkai created an interactive experience that guides users through the complete Unified Commerce journey. From the moment an order is placed online to the final delivery at the customer's doorstep.

Your guide to Unified Commerce

Stories are a natural way for a community to process information and emotions in full color, allowing them to connect with a message more deeply. Thus, our solution is an interactive step-by-step guide with luculent, digestible content for new users to understand the fullest potential of Adyen’s Unified Commerce, a memberful way to highlight its versatility. Structured as a story tailored towards managers and developers - the readers. With potential clients first, existing clients second; all aiming to improve the shopping experience while providing the tools to sell internally and handing the next step to partner with Adyen.

The route to sustainable information

Our process was laid out in two phases: concept design and development. We organized a service blueprint workshop to gather information and insights on Unified Commerce to feed into what the concept design trajectory should look like. We then developed the project over multiple short sprints, and tested the final design's functionality on a variety of devices before handing over the finished design in ready-to-launch order.
